My friend (and occasional collaborator) Dan Rosengard worked on Saturday Night Live for 2 seasons writing music for their parodies when he was contacted to work on this project for VH1's "Save The Music" campaign. Starring the cast of SNL, the lyrics were written by Hugh Fink (writer extraordinaire) and music by Dan (I can only lay claim to producing the music). But the skit is really great and a lot of fun. See if you can spot me in there.
